Deakin Milani Solicitors and Notary is a Brisbane based law firm, specialising in property law and general practice.

Established more than 90 years ago when Max Deacon opened his legal practice in Brisbane in 1924, Deakin Milani Solicitors and Notary takes pride in the many long term client relationships built and sustained over eight decades.

Legal advice is enhanced through the partners’ familiarity with their clients’ personal circumstances, goals, preferences and family and business histories.

GINO GIOSUE MILANI

With more than 50 years experience, Gino specialises in business restructuring, tax effective estate planning, company law and trusts, wills and estates.

Born in Home Hill, North Queensland, Gino completed his secondary education at Nudgee College, and graduated with Arts and Law degrees from the University of Queensland.

In 1967, Gino was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and in 1985, was appointed a Notary Public for the City of Brisbane.

Gino is an avid art and wine collector and is fluent in French and Italian.
